Irade Panos[1] (born 07 February 1978) is Inci Gymnastics Sports Club Founder and Head Coach in Istanbul, Turkey.

Early childhood

In 1984, she embarked on her rhythmic gymnastics journey at the Baku Gymnastics Olympic Reserve School, achieving the runner-up position multiple times at the Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Following her tenure as an athlete with the Azerbaijan Rhythmic Gymnastics National Team, Irade Panos[2] transitioned to coaching, contributing her expertise at the Baku Gymnastics Olympic Reserve School from 1995 to 2006. Her coaching journey reached a pinnacle in 2001 when she assumed the role of Head Coach at the school.

She actively participated in prominent competitions such as the CIS Championship and the 1993 World Championship, earning the prestigious title of Master of Rhythmic Gymnastics in the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In 2004, she achieved the designation of Judge in Rhythmic Gymnastics at the Republican level. Concurrently, in her role at the school, she mentored athletes who secured victories in the Azerbaijan Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships and competed in the European Championships.

Recognizing her expertise, the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan awarded her the first-degree coach-teacher certification in 2005.

Since 2006, she has served as a Rhythmic Gymnastics coach across various clubs in Turkey. During her tenure in Turkey, she coached successful athletes who not only represented the Turkish National Team but also participated in events such as the Black Sea Games and Balkan Championships.

Irade Panos holds the distinction of being a Turkish Gymnastics Federation 2nd Level Rhythmic Gymnastics coach and a Turkish Gymnastics Federation Rhythmic Gymnastics Judge. Additionally, she is recognized as a United Kingdom 3rd Level Rhythmic Gymnastics coach.
