Iqbal momand (2023 , 1978) was a Pashto language poet from Pakistan.
Life
iQBAL MOMAND S/O HASHAM KHAN was born in the Khado Khel subsection in adezai[2] Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan[3] village of peshawar dist. He complete his primary education from GHSS.adezai and studied B.A from Islamia college peshawar. He was a DSP police officer in lakki marwat police station. He was a closed friend of Fazal momand.who is his childhood friend.He died<refhttps://www.arabnews.com/node/2278046/world[4]></ref></ref>[5] in a bomb blast during a terrorist attack[6] in lakki marwat district. The deceased left behind three sons and two daughters. His grave in shakh nikah graveyard which have a small tample. And have written a poetry in his grave ( spogmay kh ph so chanda khaysta she muhammada (pbuh :sta ph ishara nema she dwa she muhammada(pbuh)thumb.
He wrote[7][8] naat that became known in Pakistan and Afghanistan. He joined a [9][10] where he got guidance from Qalandar baba. And also a member of khaleel momand adabi mehpal[11]
