The International Education Board (IEB) is a private organization headquartered in London, United Kingdom, that assesses and accredits academies and higher education institutions (HEIs). It is also an associate member of the Asia Pacific Quality Network[1] and a strategic partner of the American Accreditation Board.[2]
History
The International Education Board (IEB) was officially established on November 22, 2021, in London, UK. The organization initially operated under the name International Skill Education Quality Standards Accreditation from its inception in 2012 until the name change in 2021.[3] The rebranding to International Education Board was part of an effort to reflect its broader scope in higher education accreditation at International level.
Grading System
The IEB grades institutions on an eight-grade ladder based on their cumulative grade point average (CGPA):[4]

Accreditations
As of July 2024, the International Education Board (IEB) has accredited 116 academies, including 10 universities.[5] The accreditation process is carried out based on IEB’s policies and involves cooperation with the institutions being accredited.
Results
IEB has released a consolidated list of institutions with valid accreditation as of March 31, 2024.[6] The results from the most recent accreditation cycles are presented in the table below.
