Indore is a small village of 56.73 hectares in Bansdih Tehsil in Ballia district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Indore depends on Sahatwar (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply which is 16.00% of the total supply, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Indore's pin code is 277210[4], and village code is 09283600. The area of Indore is segregated as 46.7 hectares irrigated area, 10 hectares unirrigated area.
