Inayati is a small village of 812 hectares in Sapotra Tehsil in Karauli district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Inayati depends on GANGAPUR CITY, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 156.89% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, One canal and Two springs. Inayati is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Inayati's pin code is 322218[4], and village code is 01248200. The area of Inayati is segregated as 366.84 hectares irrigated area, 11.76 hectares unirrigated, the 215.27 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 95.75 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of GANGAPUR CITY and Karauli to sell ghee and make their living.
