Imran Raza Kazmi is a Pakistani filmmaker, film and television producer. He has produced films under his production banner IRK Films, in addition to some television serials as well. His work has been nominated at the Lux Style Awards.



Inspired to make a film by the 2009 film Zibahkhana, Kazmi produced the horror-drama Siyaah starring Hareem Farooq, Osman Khalid Butt and Ahmed Ali Akbar. Against a budget of Rs 700,000, the film was a success at the box office.[1] In 2016, he co-produced the romantic comedy Janaan focusing on the Pashtun culture and features Armeena Rana Khan, Bilal Ashraf and Ali Rehman Khan as leads. The film grossed Rs 285 million ($2.73 million) globally,[2][3] and opened to mixed reviews from critics.[4] His next release in 2018 Parchi is about a group of friends played by Ali Rehman Khan, Ahmed Ali Akbar and Usman Mukhtar who find themselves in trouble when come across a local gangster, played by Hareem Farooq. The film was a commercial success earning worldwide,[5] but had mixed to negative reviews from critics.[6][7] In 2019, Kazmi co-produced the romatic comedy Heer Maan Ja starring Hareem Farooq and Ali Rehman Khan. The film collected at the box office,[8] and received positive reviews from critics.[9][10]


In 2023, Kazmi produced the anthology series Siyaah under his productin banner IRK Films which serves as the companion series to the 2013 film of the same name. The series has an ensemble cast and comprises of horror stories embedded in the genres of supernatural, psychological thriller, urban legends and horror comedy.[11] The same year, he produced the sports-drama 22 Qadam starring Hareem Farooq as lead and directed by Anjum Shahzad.[12]
