Immersed Recordings is an American record label started in February 2019, based in United States. Initially a melodic house and progressive house music label, in the summers of 2019 and 2020 Immersed started releasing songs in the styles of Ambient music, organic house, and breakbeat[1]. As an incubator for young and emerging talents, the artists on the label have been supported in DJ sets by the likes of Nora En Pure, Tony McGuinness (English musician)[2], Jaytech[3], Dosem, Hernán Cattáneo[4], and Gabriel & Dresden. The name of the label was inspired by the immersive nature of the records founder Alexander Punj was listening to as an undergraduate student at the University of Rochester.
Radio Podcast
Immersed Recordings runs a podcast called Immersed Podcast every month. The podcast is broadcasted by DI.FM[5], and features one-hour DJ mixes curated by the artists that are releasing within that same month. Each episode is available on Soundcloud and YouTube after broadcast.
