Ilan Rakhmanov is an entrepreneur and software developer. He is the founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of ChainGPT, an artificial intelligence (AI) platform focused on blockchain and cryptocurrency use cases.[1][2]

According to BeInCrypto, Rakhmanov created ChainGPT in September 2022 as an AI toolset aimed at blockchain and cryptocurrency users and developers.[1][2] BeInCrypto describes ChainGPT as providing tools such as an AI chatbot, smart contract generation and auditing tools, an NFT generator, and trading-related tools.[1][2]
ChainGPT's own blog has described its ecosystem expansion during 2023, including partnerships and its involvement in HackaTRON Season 5 (noting that Rakhmanov served as a judge).[5]
In October 2023, TRON DAO announced a partnership with ChainGPT and stated that Rakhmanov would serve as an official judge for HackaTRON Season 5.[6] HackaTRON Season 5's judge list includes Rakhmanov, identified as CEO of ChainGPT.[7]
ChainGPT has also published ecosystem metrics in company materials. In December 2023, ChainGPT's blog reported figures such as total value locked (TVL) and monthly active users for its ecosystem.[8]
