Iklera Sagar is a small village of 870 hectares in Kishanganj Tehsil in Baran district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Iklera Sagar depends on Baran, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Iklera Sagar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Iklera Sagar's pin code is 325216[4], and village code is 03905000. The area of Iklera Sagar is segregated as 154.99 hectares irrigated area, 33.02 hectares unirrigated, the 37.4 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 439.29 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Baran to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
