HydrogenPro is a technology company and an OEM for high pressure alkaline electrolyser systems for large-scale green hydrogen plants. HydrogenPro was founded in 2013 by individuals with background from the electrolysis industry which was established in Telemark, Norway by Norsk Hydro in 1927. The company consists of experienced engineering teams with leading industry experts, drawing upon unparalleled experience and expertise in the hydrogen and renewable energy industry.

They have offices in Norway (HQ), Denmark, Germany, China and USA.

History

2013:

HydrogenPro is founded by a team with several years of experience from the electrolyser industry at Norsk Hydro.

2014:

HydrogenPro delivers the largest electrolyser plant in Northern Europe (~9MW)

Oct. 2020:

HydrogenPro is listed[1]on Euronext Growth with key investors such as Mitsubishi] taking part in the IPO [2]

Dec. 2020:

HydrogenPro acquires full IP for advanced electrode technology from research partner ASP[3]

Nov 2020:

HydrogenPro sets up JV with electrolyser producer THM, owning 75% and securing control over all IP and electrolyser technology[4]

HydrogenProsecures landmark purchase order (>$50m) plus 10-year service and support-agreement from Mitsubishi (220 MW in Utah, US)[5]
