Hryhoriy Omelchenko is a Ukrainian politician who was involved in investigating corruption. He served in the Ukrainian Parliament. In 2010 Ukrainian President Victor Yuschenko awarded him the Hero of Ukraine title.[1] He served as an officer in the SUB.[2]
He accused Leonid Kuchma's administration of arms dealing.[3] He also accused Kuchma of arranging an assassination plot against him.[4]
