Howard Chew Si Hoo (Teochew Chinese: 周世豪), born in 24th February 1984 in Taiping, Perak. He is the chairman of Chester Properties. It was founded a decade ago by Howard Chew and his partner, Sean Yong since year 2006. He’s a representative in Malaysia’s real estate industry. The pioneer brand name of Chester became well known and has assured by many royalty clients such as Sunsuria, I-Berhad, Mah Sing , HCK, LBS and etc.
