Horst Lichter (born January 15 1962 in Nettesheim/Rommerskirchen) is a German television chef, television moderator and writer.
Life
Lichter became after school chef, but worked for several years as worker in a company, which produced briquettes As television moderator he presented from 2006 tot 2017 on German broadcaster ZDF together with Johann Lafer cooking-show Lafer! Lichter! Lecker !. From 2008 to 2015 Lichter was moderator of German cooking show Die Küchenschlacht. Since 2012 he presents on German broadcaster WDR cooking and travel show Lichters Schnitzeljagd. As writer Lichter wrote serveral books over cooking. Since 2013 he presents television show Bares für Rares on German broadcaster ZDF.[1] In third mariage he lives since 2020 in Cologne.[2]
