Hindupura is a small village of 998 hectares in Bonli Tehsil in Sawai Madhopur district, also known for Ranthambore National Park in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Hindupura depends on SAWAI MADHOPUR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 401.73% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Hindupura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Hindupura's pin code is 322024[4], and village code is 01303900. The area of Hindupura is segregated as 401.73 hectares irrigated area, 424.3 hectares unirrigated, the 128.91 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 43.39 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Employment

According to a census 2011 report, 1487 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 765 male, 722 female with 1470 (98.86%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 754 males and 716 females. 420 males and 383 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 280 males and 308 female agricultural labor. 17 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Sawai Madhopur to sell carpet and make their living.
