Himta Ki Dhani is a small village of 74 hectares in Garhi Tehsil in Banswara district, also known as City of Hundred Islands in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Himta Ki Dhani depends on Partapur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Himta Ki Dhani is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Himta Ki Dhani's pin code is 327022[4], and village code is 03415000. The area of Himta Ki Dhani is segregated as 35 hectares irrigated area, 5 hectares unirrigated, the 10 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 24 hectare area not available for cultivation.
