Himmat Nagar is a small village of 966 hectares in Degana Tehsil in Nagaur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Himmat Nagar depends on Goredi Chancha, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Himmat Nagar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tanker. Himmat Nagar's pin code is 341503[4], and village code is 01854600.
