Heerapura is a small village of 230 hectares in Bhinay Tehsil in Ajmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Heerapura depends on Sarwar, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 9.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Heerapura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Heerapura's pin code is 305622[4], and village code is 02560500. The area of Heerapura is segregated as 29 hectares irrigated area, 143 hectares unirrigated, the 32 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 26 hectare area not available for cultivation.
