Heaven For Real (H4R) is a Canadian indie rock band formed in Halifax, Nova Scotia in 2012 by by twin brothers Mark Grundy and J. Scott Grundy along with drummer Nathan Doucet and later, Cheryl Hann[1]. After self-releasing a string of singles and EPs, they released their debut LP, Kill Your Memory on Mint Records in 2016[2][3] followed by an extensive North America|North American tour[4]. The album, is described by James Christopher Allmusic as, "A knotty, nervy, and often cryptic set of post-punk/psych-pop math jams...as compelling as it is elusive."[5]
In 2017, the group embarked upon a tour of Japan[6] and released a live cassette documenting these performances in 2018[7].
