Health technology, according to the World Health Organization, refers to the "utilization of structured expertise and abilities through items, medications, immunizations, techniques, and frameworks created to address health-related issues and enhance people's well-being." It encompasses pharmaceuticals, equipment, medical procedures, and administrative structures employed within the healthcare sector, along with computer-based information systems. In the United States, these technologies encompass uniform physical entities, as well as established and purpose-built social approaches and techniques for the treatment and care of patients.
