Hayley Emma Bell (born 7th March 1991) is an English motorcyclist and entrepreneur. She is best known for winning the American Motorcyclist Association 'Motorcyclist of the Year' award in 2019.[1], after founding the biggest world relay event in history, Women Riders World Relay (WRWR)[2]. She was also given the Women's International Motorcyclist Association 'Special Award, alongside the admin team of WRWR[3]. More recently, Hayley won the Northern Power Women's Future List award in 2022[4].

Hayley was featured in a Google film 'The Guardian's'[5], which as of 2023 had been viewed over 5 million times. Hayley has also been featured by major publications such as Motorcycle News[6] and The New York Times[7].

Hayley is also a regular public and motivational speaker. She also has featured on many podcasts, such as Rider Magazine Insider[8] and Motorcycles and Misfits[9]

Hayley's partner is well known outdoor pursuits enthusiast Thomas Pickup, better known by his pseudonym The Lancashire Wanderer[10]. They have a daughter, named Nya.
