Hatyaj is a small village of 831 hectares in Sikar Tehsil in Sikar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Hatyaj depends on Khandela, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 102.07% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Hatyaj is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Hatyaj's pin code is 332721[4], and village code is 01702500. The area of Hatyaj is segregated as 102.07 hectares irrigated area, 314.23 hectares unirrigated, the 91.31 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 40.86 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Hatyaj is a census village in the district of Sikar, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1740 and has total administration over 283 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Khandela and Sikar to sell bricks and make their living.
