Haseeb Hussain is an American attorney, legal commentator, and television personality specializing in consumer protection and class action litigation. Hussain earned a Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 2017 and was admitted to practice law in 2018.[8]

In 2024, Hussain represented employees in a class action lawsuit against Foxtrot Market and Dom’s Kitchen & Market, two specialty grocery chains under Outfox Hospitality. The lawsuit alleged violations of the WARN Act, which requires companies to provide at least 60 days' notice before mass layoffs.[2][14]
