Harsia is a small village of 275 hectares in Khekada Tehsil in Bagpat district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Harsia depends on Khekada (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Harsia's pin code is 250626[4], and village code is 01063500. The area of Harsia is segregated as 224 hectares irrigated area, 20 hectares unirrigated area. the 5 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 26 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Harsia has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.
