Harsauli is a small village of 80.87 hectares in Ramnagar Tehsil in Barabanki district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Harsauli depends on suratganj, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply, One tank, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Harsauli's pin code is 225202[4], and village code is 05732100. The area of Harsauli is segregated as , 58.662 hectares unirrigated area. the 13.033 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 9.176 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of suratganj and Barabanki to sell jaggery and make their living.
