Harjee is a small village of 2629 hectares in Ahore Tehsil in Jalor district, also known as Granite City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Harjee depends on TAKHATGARH, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, which is 408.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Harjee is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tubewell. Harjee's pin code is 343001[4], and village code is 02288600. The area of Harjee is segregated as 522 hectares irrigated area, 927 hectares unirrigated, the 1033 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 147 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of TAKHATGARH and Jalor to sell bricks and make their living.
