Haripura is a small village of 636 hectares in Bagidora Tehsil in Banswara district, also known as City of Hundred Islands in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Haripura depends on Banswara, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, One canal and Two springs. Haripura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Haripura's pin code is 327601[4], and village code is 03468800. The area of Haripura is segregated as 7 hectares irrigated area, 155 hectares unirrigated, the 158 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 316.12 hectare area not available for cultivation.
