Hardik Kothiya (born 30 September 1994) is an Indian entrepreneur and business executive. He is a co-founder and managing director of Rayzon Solar, a solar photovoltaic module manufacturer based in Gujarat.[1]
In 2025, Kothiya was included in the Avendus Wealth–Hurun India U35 list. He subsequently joined the panel of investors on the fifth season of the Indian business reality television programme Shark Tank India in 2026.[2][3]
Career
Kothiya co-founded Rayzon Solar in 2017 with Chirag Nakrani. The company was established in Surat, Gujarat, as a solar photovoltaic module manufacturer and subsequently expanded its manufacturing operations.[4]
Kothiya has been covered in Indian business media in connection with Rayzon Solar's growth and his role in the renewable-energy sector. In 2025, The Economic Times included him in its coverage of India's youngest billionaires, identifying him with Rayzon Solar.[5]
Recognition
In October 2025, Kothiya was included in the Avendus Wealth–Hurun India U35 list, which recognises entrepreneurs aged 35 and under. NDTV Profit reported his inclusion as the youngest entrepreneur on the list.[6]
Shark Tank India
In 2026, Kothiya joined the panel of investors on the fifth season of Shark Tank India. His appointment was reported by The Economic Times and The Financial Express among coverage of the programme's new judges.[7][8]
Kothiya subsequently appeared as a Shark on the programme. In March 2026, The Indian Express reported on an episode in which Kothiya participated as an investor during a pitch by the founder of Green Avartan.[9]
