Hanumanpura is a small village of 817 hectares in Pachpadra Tehsil in Barmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Hanumanpura depends on BARMER, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Hanumanpura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tanker. Hanumanpura's pin code is 344032[4], and village code is 02100500. The area of Hanumanpura is segregated as 754.28 hectares unirrigated, the 28 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 35 hectare area not available for cultivation.
