Hanotya is a small village of 373 hectares in Bundi Tehsil in Bundi district, also known as a city of stepwells in the State of Rajasthan, India.[1] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Hanotya depends on BUNDI, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[2] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 11.13% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Hanotya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Hanotya's pin code is 323803[3], and village code is 02765500. The area of Hanotya is segregated as 71.25 hectares irrigated area, 82.08 hectares unirrigated, the 5.27 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 214.02 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Hanotya is a census village in the district of Bundi, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 431 and has total administration over 97 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Bundi to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
