Muhammad Hammad Raza Khan (Nomani Miya) is as an Indian Islamic scholar, and the grandson of scholar Ahmed Raza Khan.[1] His name being is refferred as Chote Nabira (younger grandson) in different letters written by his grand father.[2]

In the autobiography of his father, Hamid Raza Khan , Ibrahim Khushtar narrated that Hammad Raza Khan was brought up and got his early education directly under his father. He migrated to Karachi, Pakistan where he had three sons and four daughters.[3]

Fuad Raza, a graduate of Dar ul Uloom Mazhar Ul Islam, recounted that Hammad Raza Khan's uncle, Mustafa Raza Khan, was deeply concerned when he heard about his nephew's illness and wished he could fly to meet him if Allah granted him wings. Mustafa Raza also denounced photography as a sinful act, considering any form of photography of living beings to be forbidden. However, photography is required for identification purposes in travel.[4]
