Halsera is a small village of 400 hectares in Rawatbhata Tehsil in Chittorgarh district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Halsera depends on Rawatbhata, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Halsera is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Halsera's pin code is 323307[4], and village code is 03589400. The area of Halsera is segregated as 132.73 hectares irrigated area, 214.25 hectares unirrigated, the 36.12 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 16.51 hectare area not available for cultivation.
