Hajya Ka Bas is a small village of 209 hectares in Dausa Tehsil in Dausa district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Hajya Ka Bas depends on Dausa, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 89.73% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Hajya Ka Bas is also surrounded by Two lakes. They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Dausa to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
