Hadarou Sare is the founder and CEO at SpaceTIS..[1].

Hadarou Sare has been blessed with the unique opportunity to get involved in multiple projects/programs at NASA since 2016 as a research scientist and as a student research collaborator.

Education

Hadarou Sare has a bachelor's degree in Planetary Geology and a Master's in Planetary Science from SUNY University in Buffalo, New York. He also has a bachelor's in science and technology and a Master's in Geoinformatics from the University of Ouaga. He started his PhD in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering where he was working on the Design, Modeling, Dynamics, and Control of an autonomous robotic spacecraft for in-space optical mining without excavation. Hadarou also previously worked as a teaching assistant during his graduate career.

NASA

At NASA, Hadarou has been working on multiple technologies with NASA's Solar System Exploration Division, the Mechanical and System Division, and the Mission Engineering and System Analysis. At NASA GSFC, he has recently been working to deepen one of the technologies he invented for in-space asteroid mining without excavation. Prior to that work, he was involved in the selection of the best landing site for the Mars 2020 Rover Mission where he created special algorithms and used them to identify biomarkers in the Nili Fossae region (Mars)[2][1]. His work related to that mission is entitled "Implication of Fractures in Identifying Potential Area of Life on Mars: Cartography of Mineralogy in Nili Fossae, Mars"[2]. He also worked with his team at NASA (the Planetary Defense Group) to propose a strategy for protecting our planet from space-based threats. With the Planetary Defense Group, he was mainly proposing a technological strategy for a space-based threat mitigation. His work related to that mission is entitled "SBAG Goal 2: Defend Planet Earth"[3]. Hadarou is currently working to develop an innovative and autonomous robotic spacecraft for in-space asteroid mining.

Awards and recognition

Hadarou is the recipient of multiple awards. At the University level, he won the 2023 "Graduate Student Best Paper Award at the AIAA conference"[4][5] . He also won the Dean Fellowship Award at the University of Maryland College Park in 2022 and 2023. He won the 2018 SUNY University at Buffalo Research PEGRUM Award. He won the 2010 Best Middle and High School Student Award (France-Ivory Coast Alliance), the 2009 Best Middle and High School Student in Mathematics Award (Gold Prize in Mathematics, Ivory Coast), the 2009 Best Middle and High School Student in Sciences & Technologies (Ivory Coast). He also won the Honors & Congratulations Roll Award 7 years in a row (2003-2009) for Best Middle and High School Student (Ivory Coast). Hadarou also won the West African Bank Award for Best Best Middle and High School Student (Ivory Coast), and the West African Bank & Honor Award for Best Best Middle and High School Student (Central Bank of West Africa) in 2004.

In 2022, Hadarou was the recipient of multiple awards including the Top 10 Innovators and Inventors in Aerospace and Defense (by Aerospace and Defense Review Magazine), the Top 100 Innovators and Inventors (by the Top 100 Innovators Magazine), the Top 30 Global Leaders (by Global Leaders Magazine), the Top 30 Innovators (by the Silicon Review Magazine), the Top 10 Most Admired Leaders (by Exelon Magazine), the Top 10 Most Inspiring Leaders (by CXO Outlook ® Magazine), the Top 25 Innovators (by Chief's Digest Publication)[1][6]

In 2023, Hadarou was recognized worldwide and he is working hard to make the world a better place by developing cutting-edge technologies. Hadarou was interviewed in 2023 by CBS News where he discussed some of the cutting-edge technologies he is developing and a film (documentary) about him should be on the new 'Innovators and Disruptors' documentary series hosted by CBS News[1]. Hadarou was also interviewed in 2023 by ADVANCEMENTS TV SERIES hosted by Ted Danson, the educational television program highlighting new technologies[1]. With Ted Danson TV series, Hadarou discussed the technologies he is working on. Hadarou also won the "Best Space Mining Vehicle Design" architecture at the 9th Architecture Awards in 2023 in London (UK)[1]. He won the best space mining vehicle design in 2023 (Build Magazine)[1]. He was invited by the World Economic Forum to discuss strategic intelligence and emerging technologies[1]. He attended events with Congressmen where he discussed how his company could support the US states and Federal government. Hadarou was interviewed in 2023 by the Marquis Who'sWho in America and he won a spot on the Marquis Who'sWho Honored Listee in 2023[1]. Hadarou has been named the Number 1 Space Technology Innovator and Inventor in North America (North America Business Magazine and New World Report) and the Number 1 Global Space Technology Innovator in 2023 (Corporate LiveWire Awards)[1]

In 2023, Hadarou was invited by the World Economic Forum to attend the Strategic Intelligence event in September 2023 where he discussed the Top 10 Emerging Technologies.[1] He has also been invited by the UAE government where he will be launching in November 2023 the Space Economic Program with Her Excellency Sarah Al Amiri (Minister of State for Public Education & Advanced Technology) and His Excellency Hanan Mansour Ahli (Federal Competitiveness Center). He has also been invited to attend the COP28 this year in the UAE where he will present a technological solution to a global audience and to the world leaders at COP28 which will be hosted this year in Dubai, UAE.[1] In 2023, Hadarou was also invited by some Federal and state governments in the US to discuss how his work could help their respective institutions and states. Hadarou has been invited to meet with Congressmen and other federal institutions in New York in 2023 where they discussed federal strategy and how some space company could support state and federal governments.
