Héctor Rodríguez Curbelo (born Roberto Héctor Rodríguez Curbelo; June 15, 1979) is an Uruguayan author, coach, speaker, and Philanthropy. Rodríguez Curbelo became known in Uruguay for his modeling agency, Fusion Models [1]and fashion trends and news magazine, FusionMagazine [2], and is currently known for his his Millionaires' Mastermind Retreats[3], Sé el Jefe, seminars, programs, conferences[4], and participation in self-help books including the books Spiritual Fitness Survivor (published in 2019 in U.S.) and Handbook of Entrepreneurship (published in 2019 in Canada).

Early life

Héctor RC was born as Roberto Héctor Rodríguez Curbelo in Montevideo, Uruguay on June 15, 1979. Rodríguez Curbelo is the eldest of three children and his parents divorced when he was 11. His father then remarried.

His father was an Air Force Officer and his mother was a teacher.

He has said his time at high school was "difficult" due bullying and abuses from other students, mainly because of him being the smallest kid in class, and a "nerd".

At age 19 he decided he wanted to follow the footsteps of his father, and joined the Uruguayan Air Force.[5]

Career

Rodríguez Curbelo joined the Uruguayan Air Force in 2000, graduated in 2004 as an "Alférez". In 2009, he was deployed for the first time to Democratic_Republic_of_the_Congo|Democratic Republic of the Congo to work for MONUSCO with United Nations, as a Leutenant.

In 2008 got a second terciary degree, this time as a Meteorologist.

In 2010, while still in the Air Force, he founded the Productions Company Riverside to no success.

In 2012 he started working as a Public relations|Public Relations Manager for different brands in Uruguay, including nightclubs and magazines.[6] Later that year he founded the international modeling agency Fusion Models Agency, followed in 2015 by Fusion Magazine, a fashion, trends and news magazine that was published in Uruguay and Argentina.

In 2014 he finally quit the Air Force, as a Captain, after 15 years of active duty. He worked as an Air Operations Expert for United Nations, in Democratic Republic of the Congo, from 2014 until 2017. Also in 2014 Rodríguez founded Give Hope Foundation, a non-profit organization to aid orphan children in Congo.

In 2015 Rodríguez Curbelo started coaching students in personal development and business. From that year on, he became an Neuro-linguistic_programming|Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner, and focused his studies in different human development topics such as Human interaction management, Body language, Human psychology, Mindset and Neurology.

In 2018 Rodríguez Curbelo launched Sé el Jefe, which became one of the largest online training platforms for Hispanic entrepreneurs, with 201,000 students (by Dec 2020)

In 2019 Rodríguez launched the SEJ Millionaires' Mastermind Retreats, an organization that bring together experts and clients from around the world to his private residence in Costa Rica to network, learn and grow their businesses.

In 2020, Rodríguez founded SEJ Corp in Costa Rica, and launched Wealth Club, a high profile networking, and investments club.

Rodriguez Curbelo holds multiple seminars annually, most of them with a "self-help" and "business development" theme.

Mastermind Retreats

SEJ Millionaires' Mastermind Retreats are held in Rodríguez Curbelo's private residence with his wife Isabell Rodríguez. The different categories are "Millionaires' Mastermind", "Mastering the Feminine Power", "Millionaires' Health and Fitness", "Crypto Millionaires" and "Build an Empire Together" (for couples).

Philanthropy

In 2014, Rodríguez Curbelo founded the Give Hope Foundation, intended to help orphan children victim of war in Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Personal life

In 2004, Rodíguez Curbelo married Daiany Gonzalez, his girlfriend while he was at the Air Force Academy. They divorced in 2008.

In 2014, while on vacations in Livingstone, Zambia, he met Isabell Rodríguez (from Sweden) while Bungee jumping|bungee jumping. They started a long distance relationship that lasted 3 years. In December 2017 they got married in Uruguay and then married a second time in Sweden, in August 2018. In 2019 they moved to Costa Rica.

Héctor RC speaks spanish, english, french, portuguese and swedish.
