Guwar is a small village of 4186 hectares in Bundi Tehsil in Bundi district, also known as a city of stepwells in the State of Rajasthan, India.[1] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Guwar depends on BUNDI, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[2] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Guwar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Guwar's pin code is 323022[3], and village code is 02778200. The area of Guwar is segregated as 222.1 hectares irrigated area, 11.2 hectares unirrigated, the 106 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 1093.1 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Bundi to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
