Gurha Khurd is a small village of 1204 hectares in Bhinay Tehsil in Ajmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Gurha Khurd depends on Vijainagar, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Gurha Khurd is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Gurha Khurd's pin code is 305624[4], and village code is 02565200. The area of Gurha Khurd is segregated as 133 hectares irrigated area, 594 hectares unirrigated, the 233 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 244 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Vijainagar and Ajmer to sell mawa and make their living.
