Gurha Khera is a small village of 262 hectares in Rawatbhata Tehsil in Chittorgarh district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Gurha Khera depends on Ratangarh (M.P.), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 23.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Gurha Khera is also surrounded by Two lakes. They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Ratangarh (M.P.) and Chittorgarh to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
