Gura Bhopa is a small village of 478 hectares in Marwar Junction Tehsil in Pali district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Gura Bhopa depends on Marwar Junction , the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, One canal and Two springs. Gura Bhopa is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Gura Bhopa's pin code is 306022[4], and village code is 02452900. The area of Gura Bhopa is segregated as 6 hectares irrigated area, 38 hectares unirrigated, the 58 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 14 hectare area not available for cultivation.
