Gunsi is a small village of 1060 hectares in Niwai Tehsil in Tonk district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Gunsi depends on Niwai, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Gunsi is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Gunsi's pin code is 304021[4], and village code is 02614300. The area of Gunsi is segregated as 33.53 hectares irrigated area, 789.01 hectares unirrigated, the 137.81 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 100.14 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Niwai and Tonk to sell nbc bearings and make their living.
