Gunjol is a small village of 480 hectares in Nathdwara Tehsil in Rajsamand district, for Rajsamand Lake, an artificial lake created in the 17th century by Rana Raj Singh in the state of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Gunjol depends on NATHDWARA, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Gunjol is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Gunjol's pin code is 313301[4], and village code is 03040700. The area of Gunjol is segregated as 37 hectares irrigated area, 78 hectares unirrigated, the 227 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 138 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Gunjol is a census village in the district of Rajsamand, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2559 and has total administration over 497 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of NATHDWARA and Rajsamand to sell marble tiles and make their living.
