Gundlara is a small village of 479 hectares in Simalwara Tehsil in Dungarpur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Gundlara depends on Sagwara, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and One spring. Gundlara is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Gundlara's pin code is 314030[4], and village code is 03371600. The area of Gundlara is segregated as 71 hectares irrigated area, 257 hectares unirrigated, the 12.6 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 138.4 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Gundlara has One post office (Gundlara B.O). Gundlara has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Gundlara is a census village in the district of Dungarpur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1776 and has total administration over 329 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
