Gunathoo is a small village of 1092 hectares in Sikar Tehsil in Sikar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Gunathoo depends on Losal, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, which is 469.53% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Gunathoo is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Gunathoo's pin code is 332028[4], and village code is 01695900. The area of Gunathoo is segregated as 469.53 hectares irrigated area, 426.73 hectares unirrigated, the 70.22 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 125.28 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Gunathoo is a census village in the district of Sikar, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2490 and has total administration over 417 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Losal and Sikar to sell earthen pots and make their living.
