Gulgaon is a small village of 1210 hectares in Nasirabad Tehsil in Ajmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Gulgaon depends on Kekri, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 450.32% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Gulgaon is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Gulgaon's pin code is 305407[4], and village code is 02583500. The area of Gulgaon is segregated as 550.32 hectares irrigated area, 524.15 hectares unirrigated, the 58.15 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 77.14 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Gulgaon is a census village in the district of Ajmer, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2289 and has total administration over 479 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Kekri and Ajmer to sell earthen pot and make their living.
