Guleli is a small village of 201 hectares in Satari Tehsil in North Goa district, known and rated to have the best quality of life in India (based on the commission’s “12 Indicators”)[2] in the state of Goa, India.[3] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Guleli depends on VALPOI, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[4] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Guleli is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Guleli's pin code is 403506[5], and village code is 00017200. The area of Guleli is segregated as 30 hectares irrigated area, 72.7 hectares unirrigated, the 47.09 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 51.54 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Guleli has One post office (Guleli B.O) and One public telephone. The village is connected with a single bus service. Guleli has One bank and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with One recreational center.

Guleli is a census village in the district of North Goa, Goa. The village has a total population of 490 and has total administration over 105 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of VALPOI and North Goa to sell sugarcane and make their living.
