Name is Gul Sher Khan, date of birth January 02, 1978 in Swabi District Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa, Pakistan. I am graduated from Peshawar University, Peshawar and Post Graduate from Allama Iqbal Open Unviersity, Islamabad. I am working as Assistant Director in HRD Division, of Higher Education Commission since 2005 and working till now. I am Dealing Overseas Scholarship Program for MS and PhD studies. since my job, i found this organization very good , the activity of the overall staff is very honest and good. the public dealing is very important for this organization we encourage the public email querries and answer about the scholarship.
