Gujar Par is a small village of 352 hectares in Azamgarh Tehsil in Azamgarh district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Gujar Par depends on Mubarakpur (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river,. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. The area of Gujar Par is segregated as 253 hectares irrigated area, 40 hectares unirrigated area. the 8 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 52 hectare area not available for cultivation.
