Gudiyasar is a small village of 670 hectares in Shergarh Tehsil in Jodhpur district, also known as the Blue City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Gudiyasar depends on Jodhpur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Gudiyasar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tanker. Gudiyasar's pin code is 342023[4], and village code is 01990800. The area of Gudiyasar is segregated as 663 hectares unirrigated, remaining 7 hectare area not available for cultivation.
