Gruv Gear is an American company that is engaged in the design, development, manufacturing and marketing of utility products and accessories for musicians, photographers, filmmakers and other creative professionals. It was founded by Jay Baldemour and is headquartered in La Habra, California.[1] [2][3] [4]


The idea of Gruv Gear was born in 2007. In 2010, the company had its first official appearance at NAMM Show. By 2020 the company started distributing its products to over 55 countries from their warehouses in California, Shanghai and Ibbenbüren. [5]

Gruv Live

Gruv Live[6] is a global artists concert event organized by Gruv Gear featuring live music performances and interviews. It occurs every year during winter NAMM shows in Anaheim, California [7][8] [9]


Gruv Gear artist family[10] consists of more than a hundred musicians from across the world including Jonathan Moffett, David Ellefson [11] [12] and American Idol Musicians[13]
