Gregory Lenora (born February 6, 1996) is an American actor and model. He is best known for his role as Owen, a gym owner and mentor, in the drama series Manhood[1][2] (2025).

Early life

Lenora was born in Los Angeles, California. At the age of six, he moved with his mother and two older sisters to Colorado, though he later returned to Los Angeles to live with his grandmother. At 14, he moved back to Denver, Colorado, where he lived with his mother and four sisters. Growing up as the only boy among four sisters, Lenora has said this experience shaped his understanding of women and influenced his sense of responsibility as a male role model.

Career

Lenora began pursuing acting in his mid-20s, studying fundamental acting at Babcock studios[3] in Denver before transitioning into film projects. In 2025, he was cast in the series Manhood[4] [5]as Owen, a gym owner who mentors the show’s protagonist, Micah. His performance has been noted for its natural delivery and emotional depth. Gregory is also cast as a prison guard named Amos in the short film Convicted. The film is about Ernesto, a man imprisoned for a crime he insists he didn’t commit, struggles with guilt, denial, and the search for redemption as he awaits his punishment. In his dark prison cell, he’s torn between two opposing voices Angelo, representing goodness and redemption, who urges him to repent, and the Unnamed Prisoner, a cynical tempter who tries to convince him that life and morality are meaningless. Through their tense and emotional conversations, the story explores the battle between conscience and corruption, faith and despair, truth and denial. In the YouTube Short film "The Last Target", Gregory Lenora embodies a formidable crime boss whose presence commands the screen. As a ruthless leader of organized crime, he navigates a dangerous underworld with a chilling calmness and unyielding authority. His character is a master of manipulation and power, leaving a lasting impact on everyone who crosses his path.

In addition to acting, Lenora[6] has also worked as a model, emphasizing versatility and creative collaboration in his projects.[1]
