Gowari is a small village of 399 hectares in Thanagazi Tehsil in Alwar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Gowari depends on VIRATNAGAR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 143.00% of the total supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Gowari is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Gowari's pin code is 301022[4], and village code is 00884700. The area of Gowari is segregated as 195 hectares irrigated area, 42 hectares unirrigated, the 80 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 82.15 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Gowari is a census village in the district of Alwar, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1501 and has total administration over 233 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
